Refund Policy
At Gemshakti, we are committed to providing spiritually authentic, certified products with utmost care. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under specific conditions outlined below.
✅ Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund:
- Certificate of Authenticity
- The original certificate issued by Gemshakti must be included in the return package.
- Product Condition
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, in the same condition as delivered.
- Invoice & Order ID
- You must provide the original invoice and your Order ID as proof of purchase.
📦 Refund Request Timeline
- Notify us within 3 days of delivery if you wish to request a refund.
- The product must be returned to our address within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
🚚 Return Process
- Initiate Request:
- Email support@gemshakti.com or message our WhatsApp support with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Prepare the Package:
- Carefully pack the item along with the certificate and invoice.
- Send to Provided Address:
- Ship the package to the return address provided by our support team.
- Inspection & Notification:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
💳 Refund Method & Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (bank, card, or digital wallet).
- Processing time: 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
❌ Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Items returned without the Certificate of Authenticity
- Items not in original condition (used, damaged, or altered)
- Refund requests made after 3 days or returns received after 7 days
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Gifted items (please contact us for alternative solutions in case of issues)
